Joining Orbit's All-of-Government Contract
Orbit's vision is to be the travel management company of choice for All of Government (AoG) agencies. Our dedicated AoG team, from Account Management through to Product and Training works with you to build our partnership and deliver effective travel management solutions.
To partner with Orbit and benefit from our AoG travel management services, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact Orbit World Travel to advise us of your decision to partner with us for travel management services.
Step 2: Meet with Us
Request a meeting with your Orbit key contact to discuss your business objectives and travel requirements.
Step 3: Tailored Solutions
Our team will partner with you to provide tailored travel management solutions, designed to meet your travel management needs.
Step 4: Travel Management Services (TMS) Contract
Follow Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment's steps on how to join their AoG contracts. This includes:
- Checking your eligibility
- Signing a non-disclosure agreement
- Generating a RealMe login to access all AoG contracts on MBIE's website
- Reading the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- Completing the joining form/Letter of Accession (LoA) for Travel Management Services (TMS)
Step 5: Go-Live
Once the steps above have been completed, the team at Orbit will work to finalise your AoG TMS service supplement, and set up your account. We will configure and test our tools and systems to ensure they work for your travel requirements. From here, your staff will receive training from our team before launching on the go-live date. Following go-live, your staff will get to enjoy experiencing the benefits of booking through Orbit World Travel under the AoG contract. Your dedicated Account Manager will share key insights and analysis with you as part of your partnership.
