Duty of Care

Student safety and well-being when travelling is an important part of what we do. We have an extensive duty of care programme, Orbit Response, that includes security updates, risk advice, traveller location reports, robotic incident detection and alert notification. It also includes our 24/7 afterhours calling service, run by Kiwi staff in our London office.

Expense Management

The Orbit Groups & Events team can help you in the planning stages with budgeting support, funding applications and multiple quote options. We've managed trips and tours of all sizes and budgets - so rest assured that everything will run smoothly and within your school's budget.

You’ll have access to Orbit’s Chargeback services while travelling, and after debriefing post-trip, will receive a fully reconciled and consolidated invoice and access to financial reporting.
