Even better, our business owners (Managing Directors) are involved with many of our clients and key decision making on a day to day basis. They work as part of our team; and they live and breathe the business. They don’t report to a Board, they are the Board so you know that they are personally committed to ensuring you succeed. Investment in the business With each of our offices owned by, and managed by a Managing Director, the Orbit business is about reinvesting into the growth of the business. This means we make long term decisions based on what our clients need. We listen to clients, understand what they want, and adapt our services as we see fit.
